This is a GPRS smart diaphragm gas meter based on the mechanical diaphragm gas meter combined with a built-in shut-off valve and a smart controller with GPRS communication module.
The product is to realize ultra long distance, ultra-low power consumption, real-time online wireless remote control by installing GPRS communication module. With the help of mobile network platform of various operators, the product realizes wireless network communication without dead angle and full coverage, and does not need to undertake network maintenance work, which greatly facilitates the operation, maintenance and management of gas companies.
The product meets the requirements of the EN1359:1998/A1:2006 and OIML R137( edition 2012) standards.
System scheme
The system consists of smart gas meter, cloud server and management terminal. In daily use, according to the user's setting, the smart gas meter automatically uploads the accumulated use and gas meter status information, including valve status, remaining amount (gas volume), battery remaining and other information, to the cloud server through the wireless channel 4G / GSM network every day (according to the setting time). After receiving the data, the cloud server will process and store the data, and return a response message to the gas meter. The following is the schematic diagram of the system composition:

Working principle
The calibration data is collected by the calibration sensor and transmitted to the MCU main control unit for metering and charging, and the data is stored reliably. When the conditions are met, the valve driving circuit is controlled to control the valve on and off. When the user needs to interact with the user, the relevant information is displayed on the display screen. When the communication with the master station is needed, the safe communication with the master station is carried out through the channel.
